Kohli also holds the record for most IPL runs. He has amassed 6903 runs in 229 matches at an average of 36.71 and a strike rate of 129.63. He has joint second-highest number of hundreds to his name as well. He is one hundred behind Chris Gayle’s tally of six hundreds. Jos Buttler has also scored five IPL hundreds.
The swashbuckling batter is currently the second-highest run-scorer in IPL 2023. He has scored 279 runs at an average of 55.80 and a strike rate of 142.34. In his six innings, Kohli has smashed four fifties.
